Any brand of chicken rice soup will work. Lemon juice and 1 egg. That's it!
Cook soup according to directions on the can.
In a separate bowl, beat 1 egg with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Once the soup is boiling take one ladles worth and slowly pour it into the egg mixture. Take pot of soup off the heat. Slowly mix egg and soup mixture in the bowl.
Pour egg/soup mixture into pot of soup and stir slowly.
Add more lemon if needed.
