Chop the tomato, onion, jalapeño and cilantro
Cut the avocados in half and extract the pulp
With a fork mash the avocados, but don't go to crazy, you want som chunks in it
Add the vegetables and mix them together
Add the lime and the salt, i use a hole lime but you can add half and then try it. Just remember that the secret to a good guacamole is the lime and salt.
Serve it in a pretty bowl, add some chips and garnish with chopped tomato and cilantro. ENJOY!!!
