My lovely mom being a goof! Off to the recipe!

The gingerbread cookie mix. We bought it at the world of DISNEY store in Anaheim, CA.

This is all you need to make the cookies themselves!

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

Separate the white from the yolk.

Mix the butter and the egg white.

Than add the gingerbread mix into the butter and egg white.

Mix everything together and start kneading the mixture till its a dough.

Add some flour to rolling pin and dough so it doesn't stick and start rolling your dough till its 1/4 thick.

Voila! Nice and thin, now the fun begins!

Take your included cookie cutter and cut out your Mickey :)

I alternate up and down to save some space!

Start peeling the outer layer so you can pick up the mickeys easier!

I suggest putting some flour on your spatula, the dough was sticking to it.

Like so.

And put them on a cookie sheet baking pan.

Roll and flour the remaining dough to make more Mickie's!

Bake your cookies at 375 for 9 minutes! TADA!! =) house smelled amazing!

These are our frostings, eyes and sparkles!

Once out of the oven let cook for 3 minutes.

After 3 minutes transfer them to a wire rack or something that has good ventilation to cool.

Let them cool for at least 10-15 minutes before decorating!

And here we go!!
